Goal

Perform rolling upgrade with 2 Elastic Charging Server (ECS) nodes and 1 ECS1 nodes and see "Version not found exception occurred" as below:

It is suspecting the cache loss here. This is not the only failure one is getting at time of cache loss. Sometimes query.sh doesn't connect.
Ideally Elastic Charging Engine(ECE) should not behave unstable as this as it might cause lot of problem in production after deployment if rolling upgrade is the reason for cache loss.
