Charging Not Happening As Per Charging Interval

Symptoms
MSISDN:- 358402399861 NKP/FGM ZONE4 usage
Consumed around 8192 Bytes which is 8 KBs and after session termination bucket update in getBalance is same 8KBs which is incorrect and it should be 50KBs as per charging interval rule
After 8KBs consumption :-
Actual Result:
Its consuming whatever is passed as usage.
Example:
1. UsedServiceUnit (USU) is passed as 8KB, then it consumes 8 KB
2. USU is passed as 60KB, then it consumes 60 KB.
Expected Result:
To be consumed in multiples of 50 KB as per charge interval.
Example:
1. USU is passed as 8KB, then it consumes 50 KB
2. USU is passed as 60KB, then it consumes 100 KB.
