ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer delivering external notifications to the end customers (e.g. threshold breach notifications, first usage notifications, balance expiry notifications etc). They have unique template for each notification type to map and it maps the fields in the template with fields in ECE notification payloads. Currently ECE populates only the balance element id , BalanceElementCode and few other data , but there is no ChargeOffer associated with this balance element id for which the breach occurred.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The customer is expecting ECE to populate ChargeOffer name in all the threshold breach notifications generated by ECE. External system used by the customer to deliver these breach notifications need this ChargeOffer name as a mandatory field in the notification template.
