Planning ODS Load Taking Long Time in Procedure GET_START_END_OP (Doc ID 2931083.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.x, the Planning ODS Load is taking a long time to complete. 

When analyzing the Planning ODS Load and Planning ODS Load Workers, it is observed that the procedure GET_START_END_OP is taking a long time to complete.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Responsibility:  Advanced Supply Chain Planner
  2. Navigation:  Collections > Oracle Systems > Standard Collections
  3. Enter the parameters for the Planning Data Pull and Planning ODS Load concurrent programs
  4. Submit the request
