ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If the PO currency and the receiving location currency are the same, for example, PO is in CNY and the same for the receiving location, RMS will still do the currency conversion based on PO currency to Primary currency exchange rate based on the PO written date
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
RMS should not do conversion, if PO and receiving location have the same currency code.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to RMS UI.
2. On the Task tab, click Finance --> then choose Receipt by Adjustment Cost
3. Perform an RCA for the PO, PO should have currency different from the receiving location's currency.
