Adding First Client Activity Screen Behavior After v11.3.0.30 Deployment (Doc ID 2931352.1)

On : 11.3.0.30 version, Installation, migration, patch

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Prior to v11.3.0.30, adding a Client's first Activity would drop the user to the bottom of the screen.
This was technically resolved in v11.3.0.30. The user is still initially dropped to the bottom of the screen but then subsequently sent to the top.
This lends to poor user experience.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Upon adding a Client's first Activity, user cursor should be be placed at the top of the screen immediately.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Chrome and go to Activity Screen on Client record.
2. Add Death Notification Activity – launched to top of Activity.
3. Navigate to a Policy Activity Screen.
4. Return to Activity Screen of Client record.
5. Add Death Notification Activity – launched to bottom of Activity.

2. Add Death Notification Activity – launched to top of Activity.
3. Navigate to a Policy Activity Screen.
4. Return to Activity Screen of Client record.
5. Add Death Notification activity – launched to bottom of Activity.
