When running IssuePolicy Transaction, system throws the following exception:

Failed to calculate Math Variable ProcessFreeLookEndActivityObject.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OIPA.
2. Locate the Policy.
3. Process the Issue Policy Transaction.
4. The Transaction results in failure.
