Archiver Crash For Unknown Reasons, Using The ODCS Connector (Doc ID 2931414.1)

Symptoms

The Archiver crashes while processing a high load. This issue occurs in an environment, which runs a large automated regression test on a nightly basis. This issue doesn’t happen every night, but we typically see a crash happen once a week.

Restarting Documaker Factory is the only way to get Factory back up and running.
