Goal

Is Profile 'MSO: Net All Firm Supplies Before Creating Planned Order' Supported for Constrained without Detailed Scheduling Plans?

When setting the profile with 'All Supply Types' value, some late firm Purchase Orders are pegged to excess and additional Planned Orders are generated. This does not happen in a Classic Constrained plan.
