Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.23.0 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating an account with mastercard, TXID is not being stored in payinfo_cc_trans_t (CIT/MIT enabled) even though a valid TXID is received.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While adding the mater card (with create account), it is expected that the returned TXID should be stored in /payinfo/cc object
STEPS:
-----------------------------
1. On BRM 7.5 PS23 Version, enable CIT/MIT
2) Create an account with master card.(PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER)
3. Verify if the TXID (returned while adding the mater card during create account) is being stored in "payinfo_cc_trans_t"//payinfo/cc object
