ALM 8.0.7.4: Economic Indicator Is Not Giving The Correct Start Date After Choosing End Date (Doc ID 2931537.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.7.4 version, Economic Indicator is not giving the correct Start Date after choosing End Date.

For frequency selected as "Monthly" and End Date = "06/30/2019", you are expecting the Start Date to be populated as “06/01/2019”, instead of "05/30/2019" (which you are currently getting).

The auto-calculation of Start Date seems to not be working consistently.
