Unable to Get/Add File from Agile Web Client Using LBaaS URL with Error: Failure of Web Server Bridge (Doc ID 2931544.1)

Symptoms

File get/add (download/upload) is not working when LBaaS URL is used for File Manager/Agile Application Server with below error

Failure of Web Server Bridge

What Is Working

When host based URL is used File Manager/Agile Application Server, file get/upload is working.


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the URLs in server.conf under %Agile_Home%\agileDomain\conf and Java Client > Admin tab > Server Settings > Location > General Information tab and File Manager tab to use LBaaS URL. Ref Doc ID 883382.1 for the detail locations to update the URLs
2. Start Agile Application Server and File Manager Server service
3. Start LBaaS service
4. Access to Web Client using LBaaS URL: https://{LBaaS}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
5. Open item, and go to Attachments tab, and Add
6. Gets error in the Web Client window
