EDQM Implementation For PMDA Profile In Argus 8.4 (Doc ID 2931615.1)

Goal

For PMDA, EDQM logic is implemented in XLST for following in "PMDA_E2BR3_TO_HL7_DRUG.XSL" file:

G.k.4.r.10.2a: Route of Administration TermID Version
G.k.4.r.10.2b: Route of Administration TermID
G.k.4.r.11.2a: Parent Route of Administration TermID Version
G.k.4.r.11.2b: Parent Route of Administration TermID 

However, it is not implemented for "G.k.4.r.9.1: Pharmaceutical Dose Form" and we can't find reference for G.k.4.r.9.2a or G.k.4.r.9.2b.
