Goal

Available Capacity for the Resources does not match between Collected Data in Collected workbench and Plan Data in the Planner Workbench.

In Collection Workbench - for Saturday - a day off on the calendar - there is no shift showing for the resource
But in Planner Workbench in the plan output, we see 00:00 - 07:00 for the resource.
