DocuView LFS Throwing Error While Opening An AFP File (Doc ID 2932158.1)

Symptoms

Customer uses DocuView LFS (version 1.1.8) software to view the AFP file output from DocuMaker application. Currently this s/w is installed in local laptop and windows application server and no issues in accessing this software. But when we install this software in Windows Virtual Desktop Cloud machine and open an AFP it is throwing an error.

Is there a different version of AFP viewer available instead of DocuView LFS 1.1.8 software.
