InForm Data Load Fails With ORA-00947: Not Enough Values (Doc ID 2932661.1)

Symptoms

After a change in InForm using revision without versioning and running a metadata load, running a data load in Dev results in the following failure:
Error populating staging table ST$<obj_id>:" ORA-00947: not enough values"

Changes

 Revision without versioning was done which is not supported.
