Goal
Real-time screening matches are inconsistent for entities
Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login to CS application
Step2: Click on Real-time screening
Step3: Click on entity screen and input the mandatory details
Step4: Click on Scan and Investigate
Expected result: Matches should be generated for all the configured rule set.
Actual result: Some of the matches are not getting generated for OOB/custom rules
