Demantra Engine has a Performance Problem with error ENG_MANAGER_OUT_Q and ENG_MANAGER timeout - NOTIFICATION.CLEANUP_ALL is not Removing All Engine Queue Objects (Doc ID 2933266.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.11

Launch the Forecasting Engine, and it does not finish  - so next step is to check the table db_exception_log



SQL returns the following in column ERROR:

ERROR
-----------------------
NOTIFICATION.NOTIFY TIMEOUT Queue ENG_MANAGER_OUT_Q
NOTIFICATION.NOTIFY TIMEOUT Notify Msg : ConfirmationId=1&EngineId=0&command=AlivePing
NOTIFICATION.NOTIFY TIMEOUT Notify notification ENG_MANAGER timeout 10



Followed Doc id:NOTIFICATION.INITIALIZE Error failed to create queue table (Doc ID 2129902.1)
But that did not help resolve the issue
