Business Process Bidder Form is not populating Amount correctly.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Expect Business Process Bidder Form to populate the Amount Data Element correctly.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
------------------------------

1. Bidder logs in to Unifier Bid portal and opens the affected Record for Bid
2. The Bidder clicks on the line items tab and adds in the necessary line items
3. The Bidder goes back to the upper form and the Amount Data Element does not have the correct value
4. The Bidder clicks back to the Line Items Tab and then goes back to the Upper form and the Values are correctly shown.
