Symptoms
The following error appears when viewing PMDA Device form (e.g., form-8).
Error#1:
This Report cannot be generated as the Reporting Destination is not configured with appropriate Message profile.
(Japanese error message) 報告先が適切なメッセージ・プロファイルによって構成されていないため、この報告は作成できません。
Error#2:
Can not generate a Report until the case has been locked.
(Japanese error message) 症例がロックされるまではレポートの作成ができません。
Steps:
- Schedule PMDA Device form (e.g., form-8) in the regulatory report tab
- Click the draft link
