Symptoms

On Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.4.0 environment, Policy Charging Function(PCF) is not able to update the policy when multiple Spending-Status-Notification-Request (SNR) comes

It is random behavior and it works sometime and doesn't work other time.
