Goal

'Hepatic Disorders (SMQ)' is displaying as Child SMQ in Argus

The user has reported that 'Hepatic Disorders (SMQ)' is displaying as a child SMQ in Argus back-end tables despite being a level 1 SMQ as per the MedDRA hierarchy.

It also does not display properly in Argus (cannot be selected in Argus front-end).

Is this a bug or is there a valid explanation for this?
