Symptoms

Project specification yaml configured to pull UIM CN & DB images from private repository hosted on registry like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Registry (OCIR).

Installation of UIM & RCU schemas getting failed with error below:

Failed to pull image "<REGION-KEY>.ocir.io/<TENANCY>/<REPOSITORY_NAME>:uim-cn-db-installer:7.5.0.0.0": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = pull access denied for <REGION-KEY>.ocir.io/<TENANCY>/<REPOSITORY_NAME>, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: Anonymous users are only allowed read access on public repos
