Symptoms
DESCRIPTION:Claim of 9 lines where 6 lines are locked after unfinalization and 3 lines have been unlocked manually.
After reprocessing of the claim, the following error is received from a Benefits task:
Validation error has occurred: Entity: ClaimLine: Error Message: CLA-CLLI-007: A locked claim line cannot be updated nor deleted
