Terms Approved in TMS Coding are not Coming Back Over to InForm to Update and Close Out Queries (Doc ID 2934573.1)

Last updated on JULY 25, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench - Version 3.1.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.2 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Terms approved in the Oracle Thesaurus Management System (TMS) coding tool are not coming back over to InForm to update and close out queries.
One example term having TMS INV REVIEW status in TMS, Update flag checked and Source Term id (coded successfully), and then was updated in InForm and into TMS was Reclassified with different source term id.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the terms approved in TMS to flow back to InForm to update and close the queries.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create verbatim term in TMS.
2. Verify that a discrepancy is created in DMW for this term.
3. Verify that a query is created in InForm for this discrepancy.
4. Approve the term in TMS.
5. Check if the team is flowing to InForm to update and close the queries.
