Voucher Type "Replace Balance" Action Changes in 6.0.1
(Doc ID 2934904.1)

Applies to:
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 6.0.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
After upgrading Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) to or above version 6.0.1, it has been observed that the "Replace Balance" action for Voucher Types (VT) has changed behavior.
Previously, when applying a VT that replaced a balance with 0 (ie. removing all balances), it would delete all the buckets against a given balance type, and then a single bucket would be recreated to preserve the last use date of the wallet. The new bucket would only preserve the wallet, balance type, and last use.
After upgrading to 6.0.1 or above, the default behavior of this same VT is to find the bucket with the latest last use date, and just set the balance to 0.
While the zero'd bucket is not available for use, it will still trigger the expiry logic as the expiry date is still set. This is most likely a Real Time Wallet Notification (RTWN).
