DCI Book Not Visible in RDC Onsite. (Doc ID 2934993.1)

Symptoms

 After creating a new DCI book in Oracle Clinical application, this book is not visible in RDC Onsite either in production mode or in test mode.

 Also when accessing Navigator form (with this problematic DCI Book selected) within OC application -> Definition -> DCIs -> Enhanced DCI Books, below error message is displayed:
