Over Adjustment Is Causing Junk Values In AMOUNT_EXEMPT AND AMOUNT_GROSS Of Tax Adjustment Event (Doc ID 2935164.1)

Symptoms

Enabling event_over_adjust_enable in config_business_params_t.
As a result of over adjustment done on the events the AMOUNT_EXEMPT AND AMOUNT_GROSS in /event/billing/adjustment/tax_event event is created with junk values that keep increasing with whenever over adjustment is done repeatedly .



STEPS:
==========
1. update PIN.config_business_params_t set param_value = 1 where param_name = 'event_over_adjust_enable'; commit;
  restart cm,dm
2. perform event level over adjustment on event 1493048842567835589 with amount 233.7 . tax adjustment event created
 341059726070721419 with 9755.84 Amt on AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT .
3. perform event level over adjustment on event 1493383094992883231 with amount 233.7 . tax adjustment event created
 341059726070721099 with 19511.68 Amt on AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT .
4 . perform event level over adjustment on event 1493453463976010752 with amount 233.7 . tax adjustment event created
 341059726070723080 with 39023.36 Amt on AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT .

Cycle tax event 340549551738660793 has 9755.84 Amt on AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT .

Current Behavior
==============
AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT on tax adjustment is going more than AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT on Cycle Tax event


Expected behavior
===============
AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT on tax adjustment shouldn't be more than AMOUNT_GROSS AND AMOUNT_EXEMPT on Cycle Tax event
