Item Has No Manufacturer But The Manufactueres Tab Has Dot (Doc ID 2935195.1)

Actual Behavior

An Item has a black dot on the Manufacturers tab but no manufacturers are listed. The issue is happening for specific Item only

Expected Behavior

An Item with no manufacturers not to have a dot on Manufacturer tab

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client
2. Search and open the problem Item
3. Go to Manufacturer tab. Do not see any manufacturer in the table row but can see a dot indicating manufacturer
