Symptoms
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Make CS API Call send the parameters with action mentioned as SCAN
Step 2 : Check if only matches are displayed or case is also created.
Issue Encountered :
User encountered issue with CS realtime screening when click scan case is getting created which should not be the case.
