Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Run the below update
UPDATE OFSAAFCCM.SETUP_RT_PARAMS
SET V_ATTRIBUTE_VALUE1='Y' where V_PARAM_NAME= 'ENABLE_PARALLEL_WS_CALL';

UPDATE OFSAAFCCM.SETUP_RT_PARAMS
SET V_ATTRIBUTE_VALUE1='Y' where V_PARAM_NAME= 'ENABLE_PARALLEL_WS_TAGS_CALL';

Step 2 : Post the MT payments and check the performance

Issue Encountered :

ISO payments are not being properly processed when enabling the ENABLE_PARALLEL_WS_TAGS_CALL flag in SETUP_RT_PARAMS
