Symptoms
SIM allows to insert negative quantity in counted_quantity when performing a stock_count.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Unit and Amount Stock Count.
2. Take the snapshot
3. Go to SIM and insert a negative counted quantity.
4. Note that SIM allow negative quantities and shouldn't.
5. Proceed with approval of stock count.
6. Execute stockountupload process in RMS.
7. Notice the error "The stock count specified records in the field FILE_RECORD_COUNT in the SVC_STKUPLD_FTAIL for stock count xxxx with process ID xxx does not match the number of records from the table SVC_STKUPLD_FDETL".
