Symptoms
ECM Cases remains “Locked” and unable to be actioned for large periods of time (sometimes a full day), even if an analyst has exited out of the Case.
This issue is regarding ECM Cases that remain “Locked” and unable to be actioned for large periods of time (sometimes a full day), even if an analyst has exited out of the Case.
As per the documentation in Oracle and configuration, after 1 one minute the lock should be released if user close the browser
