Case Context-Risk Score Message Issue While Trying To Edit (Doc ID 2937088.1)

Symptoms

While trying to change the RISK SCORE in the case context info they put an invalid number, more than 100 is not allowed.
It send out a error message. Even though the system is sending an error message, if you click on the save button, it allow it to save it, even the error message displayed.
At the end keeps the Risk original without any changes. This behavior is confusing for the client.
