Symptoms

Actual Behavior
---------------
The safety stock is calculated as negative using dynamic issues replenishment (REPL_METHOD='DI').

Expected Behavior
-----------------------
This is expected to be a positive value instead of a negative one. Earlier, when testing dynamic replenishment, it produced positive values for safety stock as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Set up an item for Dynamic Issues Replenishment (REPL_METHOD='DI').
1.1. Simple Sales service level at 90%, Lost Sales factor = 40%, no scaling, daily review.
2. Run replenishment batches.
3. See that the safety stock on REPL_RESULTS is negative (-4.5).
