EWPS Error - 413 Request Entity Too Large (Doc ID 2937372.1)

Goal

We are looking to convert a Documaker Batch Flat file setup to EWPS and when attempting to run a 51KB extract file, we receive the following error: (413) Request Entity Too Large.

Is there a setting we need to change in Docupresentment or Tomcat to accommodate a larger file attachment in the SOAP API?
