On: 2.7.0.2.0, SYSWIDE - System wide

Can customer just upgrade only the OAS component from 5.5 version to 6.4 version of OUA 2.7.0.1.3?
Or is it the only option to upgrade OUA 2.7.0.1.3 to OUA 2.8.0.1 version?
