Unable To Delete Priceitem After Upload (Doc ID 2937458.1)

Goal

When the user was trying to delete the new rate of the price item changed from step to threshold through delete button, Server encountered an error was thrown.
ERROR (support.hibernate.KeyTableHelper) Deleting key
PriceComp_Id(**********) from CI_PRICECOMP_K: expected 1 row delete, got 0
com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: Deleting key
PriceComp_Id(**********) from CI_PRICECOMP_K: expected 1 row delete, got 0

 

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create deal and assign proposed pricelist
2.Download excel
3.Change the rate schedule of price item from step to threshold for price item PI_024 and update the proposed price
4.Upload the excel
5.Go to pricing and commitments UI.
6.Delete the price assignment by delete button, system throw an error.
