LSH Metadata Reports Generation Fail with 'ORA-00942: table or view does not exist'

Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.2 version,
When attempting to generate a Metadata Report,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to LSH and select a domain.
2. Navigate into any library domain.
3. On the top right combo box, select "Report".
4. Then select any report combinations and click "go".
A quick yellow banner message will be displayed with the ORA error and then a more generic error is displayed in LSH UI.
