Symptoms

Unable to uncheck the "ReOpen" indicator of a task in the Tasks assignment window (w_task_generate_response_maint) during the Process Supplement of a PSR order. The task is associated to a Gateway Event. The "Force Reopen" option in the Gateway Events window (w_gateway_maint) was checked. Unchecking it and saving the configuration did not correct the problem. The task's "ReOpen" indicator was still set in the Tasks assignment window and could not be unchecked during the Process Supplement.

Changes

In the reported Service Request, it was determined the customer had abandoned their integration with 3rd party systems and no longer required GWE processing. However, the customer still had many in-flight orders with tasks associated to GWEs.
