FTP Process on FSI_D_BREAK_FUNDING_CHARGES Does Not Generate Detailed Cash Flows on Some Loan Accounts (Doc ID 2937667.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.2 version, when running FTP process on FSI_D_BREAK_FUNDING_CHARGES there is no results for some loan accounts in FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS even though Detailed Cash Flows Audit Option is selected.


Steps To Replicate:
1. Setup TP Process with Adjustment Rule and Remaining Term calculation mode.
2. Detailed Cash Flows Audit Option is checked.
3. Run TP Process and verify BREAK_FUNDING_RATE is calculated and there is no error in in FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS table for the batch.
4. Check FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS table but there is no result for some loan accounts.
