RILMAINT PRE Process Deletes Primary Pack Changes from REPL_ITEM_LOC_UPDATES (Doc ID 2938090.1)

Symptoms

When a change is done in ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY (example TI) to a pack related in REPL_ITEM_LOC, PRIMARY_PACK_NO, this change is not updating REPL_ITEM_LOC.

Steps to Recreate
-----------------------
1. Define REPL_ITEM_LOC for an <ITEM_VALUE_1>, <STORE_VALUE_1> without a Pack.
2. Define REPL_ITEM_LOC for the <ITEM_VALUE_1>, <STORE_VALUE_2> with Pack <PACK_VALUE_1>.
3. Check REPL_ITEM_LOC and REPL_ITEM_LOC_UPDATES tables before replenishment batches execution.
4. After RILMAINT(pre and post), REPL_ITEM_LOC with the pack assumed the pack’s values (TI, HI, SUPP_PACK_SIZE) REPL_ITEM_LOC without the pack assumed the component’s values.
5. The Batch changes the regular’s TI (status before pre-RILMAINT batch).
6. After the pre-RILMAINT batch, notice the REPL tables.
7. After RILMAINT and post RILMAINT batch, just REPL_ITEM_LOC without a pack was updated.
8. The Batch changes the pack’s TI (status before pre-RILMAINT batch).
9. After the pre-RILMAINT batch, the data is deleted from the REPL_ITEM_LOC_UPATES table and not updating REPL_ITEM_LOC at all.

WORKAROUND

The customer changed the REF_RILU_UPDATES_SQL package not to delete packs at REPL_ITEM_LOC updates
