On : 9.3.4.0 version, Administration/Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sequence numbers are reset after performing a Database Refresh.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sequence numbers should not get reset after doing a refresh.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the automated process to do a refresh.
2. After the refresh observe the issue.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the newly refreshed system.
