Status of message did not update in DB table for ISO Payments in TF (Doc ID 2938275.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post ISO payments.

Step 2 : Check in FSI_RT_RAW_DATA table.

Step 3 : Check if the status is populated under v_status_cd column for ISO payments.

User reported status update issue as below

Message was received and process and clean response send but status field (v_status_cd) was not updated in the table OFSAAFCCM.FSI_RT_RAW_DATA.
