ProductMessageBundle-16000: Product Balance Has Not Been Set (Doc ID 2938327.1)

The user observes below errors frequently in ecs logs.

While collecting trace for a subscriber, this error is appearing during the spendLimit Notification Event. Even the balance that is looking in the spend event notification is present in the balance group, still it is throwing that balance is not found. Subscriber does not have any shared discounts.

Additional observation in the load testing in lower environment, this issue also appears. If disable the spendingLimitNotificationMode, the errors disappeared. This issue mainly comes from Spending-Status-Notification-Request (SNR).
