MSS 6.3.1| Host IP status Stuck In UnAssigned in IP-Inv When PSR Created Via API

On : 6.2.1 version, IP Inventory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Subnet IP is attached to the order and we see that the SUBNET and its HOSTS are moved to "Pending" status on the PSR ,but , in IP Inventory screen the Subnet IP is showing as "Pending" , the hosts are showing as "Unassigned" .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In IP Inventory the Subnet IP should show as "Pending" , the hosts should also show as "Pending" .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PSR Order using XML API having a Subnet IP assigned to it.
2. Check the Subnet and Host IP status on PSR .
3. Check the the Subnet and Host IP status in the IP Internal.
Subnet is "Pending ".
Hosts are "Unassigned" {they should also be "Pending"}.
