ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Real-Time Wallet Notifications (RTWNs) from Secondary wallets triggering on Primary wallets.

Customer have some large accounts that use a wallet with a large amount of data, and many other wallets that use that data via a secondary wallet. They have some RTWNs configured against the 'pool data' wallet, but when they trigger a RTWN, the Data Access Pack (DAP) request is fired against all wallets (primary and secondary).

Consider the below example,

- MSISDN CC221231237 was set up as a 'pool data' account (having product type B11705).
- MSISDN CC221231236 (having product type B11403) was set up as a 'user/beneficiary' of that data, by way of having a secondary wallet that was a clone of CC221231237
- The RTWNs B118 Primary AP 4.x were triggered on CC221231237 by reducing the 'B118 Postpay NoCarry Plan Data' balance type
- Instead of sending the RTWN DAP to only CC221231237, it is sent to both CC221231237 and CC221231236

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The RTWN is configured against the Primary wallet only so the RTWN DAP should be sent to Primary Wallet

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up MSISDN-A as a 'pool data' account (having product type B11705).
2. Setup MSISDN-B (having product type B11403) as a 'user/beneficiary' of the above data, by way of having a secondary wallet that was a clone of CC221231237.
3. Trigger RTWN on MSISDN-A by reducing the 'Plan Data' balance type
4. Check if RTWN is sent to both primary and secondary Wallets

The RTWNs configured are designed to perform actions on a single account, however due to this issue, they are being triggered against 100's of other wallets linked to the single account.
