Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User wants to skip the Zip validations at business and Collateral level.
we tried to use the lookup 'COUNTRY_CD' and subcode 'NO_ZIP_VAL' for the country 'US'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to skip the zip validations at business and collateral level.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select/Create Account with incorrect Zip Code via Account on boarding web service. Got Validation Error - Invalid Value - Applicant Address Zip Code and Applicant Collateral Zip Code.
2. Added Sub Code : NO_ZIP_VAL to Country code.
3. Run the Same AOB with invalid Zip Code. Account was created.
4. Verify for Business Account also.
