Symptoms
On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.3 version,
a new created LSH DB user is unable to view Package Body from individual DB schema in SQL Developer.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to SQL Developer with an LSH DB user.
2. Expand Packages from a DB schema associated with a Work Area created by the user.
3. Select the Package Body.
