BillingCare: Unable to Recognize the SAML Token After the Signout (Doc ID 2938957.1)

Symptoms

After the user logs in with a Single Sign On (SSO) application, access the BillingCare application, and then clicks “logout” from BillingCare the user is redirected to the BillingCare login page.

From here onwards, the user when accessing the BillingCare application from the SSO application page goes on a redirect loop from the SSO page.
